Cancellation Policy: Workshops and Events

Standard Cancellation Policy

If you have already registered for one of our professional seminars or workshops, and you are no longer able to attend the training, our cancellation policy is as follows:

Due to limited seating, we respectfully request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by phone or online. If you have to cancel your class, we can offer you a credit if you cancel before the 48 hours or can transfer your spot to someone else in your department but do not offer refunds at that time. You may use the credit towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the class.

• Full refund up to 30 days out of the scheduled training

• 50% refund after that up to two weeks out from the scheduled training date

• No refunds within two weeks of the training date

• An exception will be made for unexpected emergencies, i.e. COVID-19 related issues, and a refund of 50% or a credit to attend an up-coming workshop can be issued.

Transferring Your Ticket

In lieu of a refund, you can also transfer your spot to someone else in your department. We can transfer tickets up until the day before the event.
