Cancellation Policy: Workshops and Events

Standard Cancellation Policy

If you have already registered for one of our professional seminars or workshops, and you are no longer able to attend the training, our cancellation policy is as follows:

Due to limited seating, we respectfully request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by phone or online. If you have to cancel your class, we can offer you a credit if you cancel before the 48 hours or can transfer your spot to someone else in your department but do not offer refunds at that time. You may use the credit towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 24-48 hours, you will lose the payment for the class.

• Full refund up to 10-days out of the scheduled training

• 50% refund after that up to two weeks out from the scheduled training date

• No refunds within 10-days of the training date

• If a registration has been made and fees paid and your organization is a "no-show", registration fees will not be refunded or credited

• Should unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters prevent an event from occurring on the scheduled date, LJS Training and Consulting Group, LLC will attempt to reschedule the event with the hosting agency within a three-month time period.

Transferring Your Ticket

In lieu of a refund, you can also transfer your spot to someone else in your department. We can transfer tickets up until the day before the event.
